They both require constant attention and work, It is better to work two or three major area's at the same time doing "power movements" as this creates more "bang for your buck" so to say. Well I have taken the major concepts of what is working for me in the gym and applied it to Internet Marketing. "POWER MOVEMENTS" So what is this amazing "power movement" you are talking about. It really is simple-- You are reading it.
